| If you are looking for a Lakewood
Ranch Home or pretty much any style of home, then the
Lakewood Mutuals will have what you are looking for! This
part of Lakewood is perhaps one of the closer areas to
the Long Beach airport yet still remains very quiet as
it is also bordered by the Lakewood Golf Course. The two
most major cross streets are Paramount Blvd and Carson
St. You will find many nice tracts of homes that are well
shielded from the street noise by streets that wind through
the neighborhood. As in many parts of Lakewood, these
homes were dominantly built in the 1950’s. Different
than other areas though, you will find fewer 2 bedrooms
homes and a greater abundance of 3 bedroom properties.
The properties are also larger here while still following
pricing that is in-line with the other areas. Here you
will find many homes that are from 1,200 to 1,600 sq
ft. Although most of the lots meet the standard of around
5,000 sq ft, you can still find some lots that exceed
6,000 sq ft which is a nice treat that can allow for
expansion of the existing home.
