Here you will find homes that are a bit larger than some of the other Lakewood areas. In general you will notice properties are 3 bedrooms and over 1,200 sq ft. It is also an area that you can find many of the homes have pools as well! The lot sizes are still around 5,000 sq ft which provides enough space in the backyard for fun. Many of the streets in this area have large pine trees lining the streets allowing for great shade year round.
